Delivery and Freight Rates Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel. To keep costs down, we selected "Australia Post" with all deliveries sent via Airmail. This is a very reliable and cost-effective method. After all
- you're shopping here for the great prices, right? - we didn't want to add expensive shipping costs. If you need faster delivery (3 to 4 days or less), we can certainly arrange that. Just advise us in the "Additional Information" notes section when completing your purchase at Checkout, or reply to the order confirmation email. to 21 days There are two stages to getting your order delivered; Ozeyarn order picking and dispatch, then the airmail delivery time itself. ...so here are a few notes about each; Order picking and dispatch - Our time period for order picking and dispatch can vary. Normally we have stock on hand to pick your selection, package and dispatch well within 36 hours of your online order. But sometimes we will need to source from our suppliers, and that could take 3 to 5 working days.
In addition to the first email to you confirming your order, if there is going
to be a delay we will notify you via email. We also send an email when your order has been dispatched. Airmail delivery time - Airmail is not an express delivery service, but the expected length of time for your parcel to arrive in the US is 6-8 working days after dispatch. Depending on your location, it can take a little longer, but on most deliveries it can be sooner. Airmail arrives as quickly as the local service will allow, so we can't give you a definitive delivery time. As a combined time period, we feel your package will arrive well within 21 days from when you placed your order. For deliveries within Australia, your package will arrive within 2-5 working
days. The shipping amount is not shown on my Shopping Cart You may notice as you add items to your Cart, that the shipping amount is not included before the subtotal. Shipping does not get added or shown until you are in the Checkout process. We can't calculate your shipping costs until we know where you are, so first we need to ask for your address. Then we display the total order, including the shipping charge. Only after that point do we ask for your payment details. You can always check the delivery table on this page above for a good
estimate beforehand. What is Ozeyarn's Return Policy? Please don't hesitate to contact us for help with any delivery issues. If there is something that needs to be returned, then we want to talk with you first, to sort out the best way to help. If it's damaged, we'd like to replace it. If its wrong, we'd like to correct it. If its not what you wanted, or you've changed your mind, we can arrange a store credit. If you're totally unsatisfied with the yarn, then we'd like to offer a refund. But it all depends if the delivery is unopened or the yarn is unused, and so on. So we want to talk with you first and sort out the best answer for you.
